　　黃綠相間的草地上，一個班的全體學生整齊排列成正方形，精神飽滿地做著俯臥撐，微風拂過，送來淡淡的不知名的花香，輕柔的陽光依偎在他們身旁，擦干額頭上的汗，老師雙手交叉抱著，站在最前面來回走動，嘴里數著：“一，二，三……十，好，停!”熱身運動結束，大家起身伸展手臂，扭扭腰桿，拍掌解散，然后紛紛到老師跟前挑選喜歡的運動器材：籃球、足球、乒乓球、跳繩、羽毛球、羽毛毽……于是，我下午的第一節體育課正式拉開帷幕。
