信件類的模板都連著考了這么多年了，雖然2023年的高考出其不意了一次，但是信件類的作文模板作為老傳統還是萬萬不可丟棄的。

此套信件類作文模板只此一家，將電子版打印下來，每天晨讀時拿出來背一背，晚上睡覺之前再拿出來掃一眼劃一劃關鍵詞。

考試基本就妥了。

溫馨提示，為了幫助大家有一個更好地閱讀體驗，模板中所有的句子都加上了翻譯。

1、建議信

這一類的建議信不同于跟自己的朋友提建議，那一類是回復朋友或者其他人的咨詢信，給予建議，后面會單獨以“回復咨詢信”的標題給出一期專門的模板推送。

這一類信體呢，對象是可能權威的機構或者組織等等，比如給環保局、政府、報紙機構等的編輯等等。

Dear xxx

開頭段：

①Generally speaking, the ... you offer are quite good, however, I have some suggestions for you to adopt.（先揚后抑，先說怎么怎么好，然后轉折說自己要提建議）

總的來說，你提供的.....非常好，但是我有一些建議希望你能采納。

②In a fact, I have been ... for many years with a great enthusiasm and interest. For my part, due importance should be attached to ... .（同樣的先揚后抑，先說自己已經滿懷熱情）

事實上，我已經懷著極大的熱情和興趣......很多年了。對于我來說，....需要被給予應有的重視。

③A survey conducted recently among a group of people reveals that they are spending much less time on physical exercises and, as a result, many have fallen prey to physical problems.（舉事實論證，這段話可以完全照搬，內容替換即可）

最近在一群人中進行的一項調查表示，他們花在體育鍛煉上的時間少得多，結果，許多人成為身體問題的犧牲品。

中間段：

④To crack the hard nut, I would like to propose several constructive recommendations as follows.

為了解決這個難題，我謹提出以下幾點建設性建議。

⑤First and foremost, it is imperative for us to ....

首先，我們必須......

結尾段：

⑥I hope you will find the proposals mentioned above constructive and I would like to discuss this matter to further details. （表示期望，期待回信）

我希望你能夠發現上述的建議具有建設性，并且我希望和您進一步詳談細節。

非常希望您能采納我的建議并且盡快給我回信。

2、邀請信

在邀請信中，根據題目背景的不同，邀請的對象也大致可以分為兩類。一類就是邀請你身邊的朋友或者是好久不見的外國朋友來參加比賽；另外一類就是邀請某位德高望重的學者來參加活動做評委或者觀摩比賽的；

至于信體，變化稍大一些。一般最常見的就是邀請朋友參加我校舉辦的某個比賽或者是邀請別人來當評委，除此之外呢，還遇到過邀請參加歡送會的。

還有的英語作文會和祝賀信和邀請信結合在一起，祝賀完對方之后，緊接著邀請來參加一個什么活動慶祝一下。

但其實不管怎么樣，我們作文中要寫的要點在題目中都會很明確地給道，在我們前面寫過的一篇文章中，根據作文題目中要求的內容我們打好框架，然后再行文就可以了。

Dear XXX

開頭段：

在作文的開頭段，信件體尤為突出，一定要注意一個“一來一回”四字法則。就是你首先要說一下別人信中寫的內容，這是“一來”；然后緊接著說你自己寫這封信給對方的目的，這是“一回”。

在開頭段，有的情況下是別人給你寫了一封信，但是有的情況下別人沒給你寫信，題目的指向就是直接讓你去邀請某個人。雖然在題目中沒有明確的指明“一來”這個過程，但是你得學會構造“一來”這個情景。

下面結構的第①句就是，“得知你對....感興趣”，這就是我們自己構造的“一來”。然后緊接著說自己寫信的目的。當然根據題目要求不同，我們的“一來”這一個部分非常多變，有的時候也可以換成自我介紹什么的，比如在邀請一些行業大拿的時候。但是“一回”這一部分就很死板了，就得寫自己寫信的目的。

靈活的部分，推敲好句式，對于這種比較死板的部分呢，就多打磨一下自己句子的結構。總的來說帶著鐐銬跳舞，寫出一個好的開頭抓住老師的眼球其實并不是什么難事。

那就來具體看看作文模板的內容吧。

①Having known that you have a taste for .........(這里寫他對什么感興趣，看題目具體要求)recently. Hence, Im more than delighted to invite you to get involved in...(活動名稱)

我知道你最近對……很感興趣。因此，我非常高興邀請您參與...活動。

②To broaden students horizons and enrich extracurricular activities, our school is organizing a school-wide volunteer activities. Given that you take interest in volunteering, Im pleased to invite you participate in it.

為了開闊學生的視野，豐富課外活動，我們學校正在全校范圍內組織志愿者活動。鑒于你對志愿服務感興趣，我很高興邀請你參加。

③Im more than glad to inform you that our school is scheduled to hold an English speech contest. You are cordially invited to participate in this significant activity as judges.

我非常高興地通知你，我們學校計劃舉行英語演講比賽。我們誠摯地邀請您作為評委參加這一重要活動。

④Right now and right here, I am writing to inform you that................(通知對方舉辦活動的內容)

一般邀請信都會要求我們給出活動的時間和地點，這個要點內容我們可以用這個句式在第一段就給出。

⑦I am writing this letter for the purpose of asking whether you can honor us to attend an activity, which original aim is to raise studens awareness of self-regulated learning.

我寫這封信的是想問問您能否賞光參加一個活動，這個活動的初衷是提高學生的自主學習意識。

⑧I am writing this letter to you to inquire the possibility of coming to deliver a lecture on the theme of career planning.

我寫這封信時想問問您是否可能來做一個關于職業規劃的講座。

中間段：

開始介紹活動的概況和要求，還有舉辦的時間地點等,或者說你你提前應該做好一些準備，或者查閱一些相關手冊啊什么的，然后說，這個活動的好處，還有在這個活動你可以干嘛。

⑨As scheduled, this activity will be launched on +（時間）

按計劃，此活動將于...（時間） 啟動。

⑩First and foremost，weather permitting，we are scheduled to head for the destination in the morning.

首先且最重要的是，如果天氣允許的話，我們計劃在早上前往目的地。

用法簡析：

我對貴公司招聘秘書的廣告十分感興趣，這驅使我寫這封信來申請這個職位。

②I suppose I am quite qualified for this job and I do hope you can offer me this valuable opportunity.

我想我很適合這份工作，希望你能給我這個寶貴的機會。

我曾有過相關經驗，并且我曾擔任過..職務。

⑥I am a fluent English speaker, consequently, I appreciate any chance to speak English with native speakers.(這里是拿一個英語工作者舉例，大家可以根據題目要求替換，這句話長短句交錯，可讀性還不錯)

我是一個流利的英語使用者，因此，我很感激有機會與以英語為母語的人說英語。

⑦When it comes to myself, I am regarded as an active, vigorous, easy-going and enthusiastic student and I am always ready to help others regardless of young or old.（這個是描述性格的，在志愿者里面可以直接拿進去，不過內容也可以根據題目替換）

說到我自己，我被認為是一個積極，充滿活力，隨和，熱情的學生，我總是樂于助人，不分老少。

⑧Exposed to foreign country for several years，which equipped me with an ability of speaking English fluently and have a better knowledge of foreign culture.

如果你能給我這個寶貴的機會，我將不勝感激，并不遺余力地做好這項工作（這里這個Should 在開頭，用了一個虛擬語氣，這個結構是真實存在的，也是很少人知道的，考場上寫出來，可以作為文章的閃光點，因為是虛擬語氣，后面就用了would，配合虛擬語氣，如果大家不理解，可以直接背下來這句話）

?Ill appreciate it a lot as well as do my utmost to do this job gorgeously if I am offered this chance.

如果能給我這個機會，我將不勝感激，并盡我所能把這份工作做好。

4、推薦信

高中推薦信這一類的文章多變性很強，有的是向某個公司或者大學推薦人才，也有的是向某位朋友推薦大學、活動、書籍、電影亦或是旅游地點等等。

大致就是可以分為兩類，一個是推薦人去某個地方，這個信體的基本寫法和前面發過的申請信非常相似。倒是第二類向朋友推薦某個東西時差異大那么一些。

所以在這篇里，前面我會先給一些第一類的常用句式和詞匯，然后緊接著會給出第二類推薦信的常用句式。

01 推薦人

開頭段：

還是一來一回，一來：先說寫這封推薦信的背景，也就是可能你在某個地方看到某個招聘信息，或者說某人要上大學，某人要來中國游玩等等...

一回：直接說自己推薦某人到你們公司或者大學

①Hearing / Learning / Knowing that your company are looking for ... ，Im writing to recommend xxx to you.

聽到/學習/知道你們公司在尋找....，我寫信向你推薦xxx。

②Delighted to learning that you are seeking for ..., sb./sth. may be your second to none choice.

得知你正在尋找…，某人[某物]可能是你的首選，我非常高興。

④It affords me much pleasure to recommend ... to you.

我很樂意向您推薦.....。

⑤When it comes to ..., I shall, without any hesitation, recommend ... to you.

說到…，我會毫不猶豫地向你推薦....。

中間段：

由于推薦信的內容非常多變，種類繁多。大致包含因故轉薦別人，自薦，推薦大學，推薦景點，推薦書籍，推薦電影，推薦工具等等。中間段這里給出幾個常用的句式。

下面我分別按照把人推薦給公司和推薦給大學區分開寫一些中間段梳理的思路。

在向公司推薦人的時候，我們一般有以下幾個考慮的角度。分析別人的時候，完全可以當做分析自己來看。當我們自己寫申請信的時候，一般會對自己做一個從內到外的剖析。

對于給公司舉薦和給大學舉薦唯一不同的一點就是環境不同，但是不管怎樣，都是從內到外對被舉薦人進行剖析。中間段的第一點基本都是一致的，可以先說被舉薦人的性格特征。關于第二點第三點就需要根據具體場景的不同進行區分了。

對于公司，在第二點第三點主要強調學生對于公司內工作體制的態度，還有就是自己對于工作這一塊的經驗等等。

第一點可以說被舉薦人的性格特點

第二點可以說被舉薦人對待自己學業積極向上的態度，并且自己可以擔保他可以將此品質沿用到工作中，

第三點可以說被舉薦人能夠為公司帶來什么，擁有豐富的工作經驗，團隊協作能力或者是雄厚的人脈，并且說這可以為公司帶來一個良好工作氛圍，為公司的發展注入一股新鮮血液，從而帶動公司更進一步的發展。

至于推薦給大學呢，就是在第二點第三點做一點區分，主要是強調學生對于學習的積極態度和他在學業這塊已經取得了什么樣的成就等等。

第一點：被舉薦人的性格特點

第二點：被舉薦人對于學業積極向上的態度，說他對于知識的渴望，希望進入貴校進一步深造，并且希望能夠在貴校學到一點什么東西，還有就是可以說他不滿足于課本上的理論知識，并且非常務實、注重實踐這一塊。借此順滑過渡到我們第三點要說的內容。

第三點：說他在學習這一塊已經取得了什么樣的成就，簡單列舉一下。

上面的思路不是唯一，在自己寫的時候可以進行適當的組合和取舍，另辟蹊徑也是可以的。

結尾段：

強化推薦，期待回信，表達感謝。

向公司和大學舉薦人不同于我們第二類的推薦事物類，這一類的結尾需要嚴肅一點，并且衷心地希望對方能夠好好考慮自己的建議，并且有什么問題可以及時與你聯系。

①Owing to the reasons discussed above, I wont hesitate to recommend ......

基于上述原因，我將毫不猶豫地推薦....

②Should you favor him with a opportunity, I am sure his future conduct will prove worthy of your confidence.

02 推薦物

這一塊推薦非人相關的。比如什么電影、大學、旅游地點等等什么的。

這一類的句式其實不是很復雜，但是下面我也會給大家整理一些相關的句式，然后給出一套具體的思考方向，句式方面其實可以部分參考上面推薦人的內容。

在推薦非人類的時候，我個人推薦寫一些更加深入，帶有自己思考，最好寫一些自己親身實踐的感悟和建議等等。

比如推薦大學和書籍的時候，我們可以思考得更深入一些。也就是說我們在考慮推薦理由的時候可以說，你可以通過這本書了解到我國悠久而又豐富多彩的歷史，也可以對我國有一個更深層次的認識。

在推薦大學的時候也可以說這個學校有悠久的歷史，進入后我們可以有更多的機會去品味其中的經典和古人留下的點點滴滴。

當然了，推薦信自然就得說你可以從我推薦的東西里面得到一些什么東西。大學的話就夸他們優質的教學資源，科研方向在我國高校里走在較前沿，為此我們可以有機會接觸到前沿的科技和設備（cutting-edge），除此之外，好的大學還可以給我們積累很多的人脈，給我們未來的發展提供更多的可能性。

當然了，對于書籍，電影等內容的話。

如果自己真地讀過，其實可以寫一些自己的真實體會。如果只知道一個書名，但是自己沒讀過，其實問題也不是很大。你可以寫一些空泛的套話，可以說從這本書中你可以洞察世間百態，了解人情世故，可以對社會和人生有一個更深層次的認識并且可以激發你對人生的思考。當然了，也可以用一些形容詞描述一下你的書本，比如cliff-hanging扣人心弦的、stunning絕妙的、logical有邏輯的，等等這些詞匯。

總之，推薦非人類的信體，我們中間段大抵可以這么思考，其實這么看下來，思考的內容和方向大抵都是相同的，也有很多完全可以作為套話去記。

寫一篇高分作文不難，主要是要架構好自己的文章，你的框架得到位，再就是不要出現一些非常簡單的語法錯誤和拼寫錯誤等。基本上你的內容很豐滿，字好看點，出現那么幾個高級詞匯或者是動詞搭配讓老師眼前一亮，你這篇文章基本20+妥了。

開頭段：

開頭段，不管是推薦人還是推薦物，都需要有一個一來一回的過程。一般情況下，推薦信的題目里都會給出這樣一行信息：

感謝信也和其他信體同樣，很難用某一套模板籠統地覆蓋過去，在寫這些作文的時候其實句式都是那些沒怎么改變的句式，但是感謝信的內容也是一個比較多變的類型，因為感謝信用到的場合實在是太多了。

最常見的幾類

1、你去國外旅游，外國友人把你招待地很好，讓你賓至如歸。

2、你收到別人的禮物（你的生日、別人去旅游回來）等等。

3、面試完后，給面試官寫的感謝信。

4、別人給予你信任，讓你加入某一項重要的工作中去

......

不管是什么樣的情景，什么樣的內容，總的來說就是別人幫助你，可能是物質上也可能是精神上，你就得寫這封感謝信表達對別人的感謝。

下面我將從三個段落來說，每個段主要該寫什么內容，然后后面會給出相關的例句，下面來看看吧。

Dear XXX

開頭段：

先是一些套話，在感謝信的第一段里，先表達自己寫信的目的。也就是先寫自己寫這封信給對方的目的是為了表達感謝，也可以在首段先簡單提一下為什么要寫這封感謝信，可能是對方給你提供了什么幫助，在外國旅游對方的熱情招待等等。

而且在有的信體中可能我們是代表某個群體去表示感謝，在開頭段時盡量表達完整一點，在中間段描述的時候就可以多說一些對方做的好事，對我們這個集體產生的影響等等，往具體了說。

①I wrote these words to you with a complicated feeling of gratitude. I wanted to sit down and have a good chat with you, but I was afraid that I might not be able to express my true feelings of gratitude by then, so I hope you can understand, because this is what I said with sincere thanks from the bottom of my heart.

我帶著復雜感恩的心情給您寫下這些文字，本來想和您坐下來好好的聊一聊，可是我怕到時自己可能表達不出自己真實的感謝心情，所以希望您能理解，因為這是我用發自心底的真誠謝意說出來的心里話。

對于您在最后一個星期四晚上為我們準備了這么豐盛的團圓飯，我感到非常感謝。

感謝這個難得的平臺，讓我有機會在這個舞臺上施展才華，發揮自己的優勢。

上面作文句子的順序也可以代表在作文中描寫的順序，比如我們寫感謝信時，在首段可以先寫自己寫信的目的是表示感謝，然后說如果沒有你的幫助就怎樣怎樣，或者也可以說由于他的幫助給我們帶來了什么樣的好處和難忘的記憶等等。

第一段先總述，到中間段再進行感謝的具體內容，可以寫對方幫助自己的具體細節，也可以拓展一下說自己想怎樣報答對面

中間段：

中間段就具體描述一下對方幫助的細節，并且具體寫寫對方的幫助對我們生活產生的影響，對我們自己生活的意義。

⑧After thinking twice, nothing is better than presenting a ......as a gift in order to reciprocate your favor.（也可以送個小禮物什么的）

⑨You not only helped me in...，but also gave me numerous careful instructions.（這里只是舉個例子，就是可以用各種結構夸他！）

你不僅在……方面幫助了我，而且還給了我無數次細致的指示。

⑩（But for your help）If it had not been for your assistance in ______(對方給予的具體幫助), I fear that I would have been ______(沒有對方幫助時的后果)

沒有人能否認的事實是，當我跌倒的時候，是你一直站在我身邊。

結尾段：

感謝信的結尾段就再次表達自己的感謝，然后表達自己的祝愿和期望。一個可以說自己可以在對方需要幫助的時候隨時伸出援手，另一個也可以說自己會永遠記得這份恩情并且當自己未來有能力時一定會報答。

6、道歉信

想要寫好道歉信，得抓住這種信體的脈絡。

首先第一個任務就是要知道我們為什么要寫道歉信，也就是這種信體在什么情況下會出現。

一般來說，當我們不能完成別人交給我們的某項任務時、由于一些特殊原因無法按時到場時、亦或是把別人送給你的某個物件給弄丟了也有可能是自己沒有及時地回復別人的來信時。

常用的結構就是fail to do、not be able to、its not in my power to do、absence等等

總之，原因可以有多種多樣，這個就得根據題目給出的具體情境來確立我們為什么要寫這封道歉信。

一封好的道歉信的結構。

開頭段：直接道歉；說明道歉原因

中間段：客觀說明具體情況（也可含糊細節，用抽象詞替代），提出彌補措施

結尾段：再次表示歉意

大致的結構是這樣，但是也有時在一些道歉信里，具體情況并不是太好說明，這時我們要做的就是含糊致錯細節。在寫的時候就不用單獨地去詳細描述自己為什么犯錯，而是直接說一些粗心和一些錯誤導致了這個結果的發生，還希望不要介意。

一般情況下我們常見的文體就是說讓你去接一個朋友你因事不能去，讓你去參加一個朋友的派對你因事不能去，這是屬于比較常見的情景。

也有時會考一些不那么貼近我們生活的情景，他會說如果你是個送貨員，給別人的訂單（order）出錯了或者是超時未完成，然后讓你給別人寫一封道歉信。這時在中間段寫具體原因的時候就沒有辦法寫得太詳細，這里我們就需要含糊我們的犯錯細節，用抽象詞（mistakes）概括過去。

be forced to do sth. 被迫做某事 / 只得做某事unavailable 沒空的；不行的unexpected 沒預料到的unpredictable 無法預料的 （用來說突發一件意料之外的事情導致自己的缺席）be occupied with doing 忙于做啥啥prevent sb. from doing sth. 阻止某人做某事 （這個結構和上面突發這個單詞配合使用，這個結構可以跟在定從里面）

四、給對方帶來麻煩inconvenience 不方便

cause you too much trouble 給你帶來麻煩

五、補救措施extend the deadline to.. （延長截止時間到...）fix another time to do sth. 定一個別的時間干啥啥put it off until next weekend 推遲到下周末make up for 彌補compensate for 彌補

中間段：

中間段是一篇文章的主要填充段，所有的細節都要在這段展示出來，在第一段道完歉之后，第二段我們就得客觀地解釋導致這種錯誤的相關細節，補充事實，并且在可能的情況下提出補救措施。

在寫完一個原因之后，用it開頭的形式主語或者是定語從句補充相關細節，盡量豐富自己的內容。

?My mom was ill and sent to hospital this morning. It was impossible for me to leave her when she was in that state.

今天早上我媽媽病了。當她處于那種狀態時，我不可能離開她。

?My mom was ill and taken to hospital this morning, which prevent me from sparing time to pick you up as we planned.

（補充好細節）

提出補救措施。

?With condition not being able to reversed, in order to compensate for it, I asked a friend of mine to pick you up at airport.

結尾段：

再次表達歉意，希望對方能夠理解自己。

7、投訴信

投訴信和前面寫的幾個信體不同。前面幾個信體在某種程度上可以說是屬于同一類，都是有一個一來一回的過程，也就是先要說收到對方的來信，然后說自己寫信的目的。投訴信有點不同，這個僅僅是單方面寫信給別人（這個別人一般是店家、產品經理、餐館老板等等）。

一般投訴都是你享受某個服務或者是拿到一個產品以后產生不滿意的想法，比如今天餐廳的飯沒有以前好吃啊，服務員的態度沒有那么禮貌呀，或者是你在網上購物買到了品控不過關的產品導致使用體驗差等等。這就是導致你寫這封投訴信的原因。

但是既然是信體。對應文體該有的禮貌還是要有的。行文語言要客氣、客觀陳述文體，正確表達自己的想法，然后抱著想找到一個和平解決方案的態度去與對方進行協商交流。

一封投訴信的結構。

開頭段：寫信目的（投訴）

中間段：闡述受害細節、總述問題帶來不便

結尾段：提出合理建議并期待對方盡快回信

Dear XXX：

開頭段：

開門見山直接說你寫信的目的是為了投訴。

①I am happy that I receive the package this morning but it is a pity that there exists something wrong with the machine.

我很高興今天早上收到包裹，但遺憾的是機器出了問題。

在前一期推文里我們講了SCQA模型。這個表達模型在陳述相應事情時非常好用，而恰巧，在投訴信里就剛好涉及到具體投訴事情相關細節的闡述，那么這里我們可以選擇使用SCQA模型進行表達。

廢話不多說，我來給大家演示一段。

S：Under considerable studying pressure, I want to get a electronic product which is expected to give me some support in my study, such as searching information and some answers for my homework.

C：Therefore, I bought a laptop from your website last week, but instead of bringing me convenience, it caused me a lot of trouble. I hava some trouble typing because a part of the keyboard is inexplicably invalid and the screen makes it hard for me to recognize the words.

這些話寫在中間段是很不錯的選擇。其實其實這句話寫出來大家也能發現，關于S（背景）這個部分也是可寫可不寫。因為高中的作文還是主要追求短平快。在僅有的100詞里把所有要點都扣到的話，中間段可以開門見山直接說自己遇到的麻煩，也就是C（矛盾）。

至于A（解決策略）呢，就安排到最后一段。一般來說題目中會給足夠的信息，如果說題目中就給了一個故障讓你寫，你其實也可以在中間段加上我前面例句寫到的S（背景）部分，然后詳細展開矛盾部分和帶給自己的麻煩。
