6.責備與抱怨

　　前面所提到的西方人說話直率在此類對話中更為明顯。對于別人的打擾，自己受到不公平待遇會說出來，而不是不留面子。這里有分寸問題，通過說話人的口氣與語調可判斷其情緒與態度。英語中責備與抱怨的話通常有：

　　What on earth is the matter here?

　　Im afraid I have a complaint to make about the service.
