“二代身份證”存缺陷
由于二代身份證設(shè)計(jì)上存在先天缺陷，即使已聲明作廢、掛失的身份證也仍能正常使用。這就給身份證原主人帶來(lái)諸多麻煩和危險(xiǎn)隱患。
