上海出新規整治“群租”
據《東方早報》報道，上海房管局局長劉海生透露，上海已經起草了一條針對群租行為的新規定，計劃下個月開始實施。

上海已經起草了一個規范群租行為的新條例，據稱這一新規定將大大加重對非法承租人的懲罰力度。群租就是把公寓里的房間隔成更小的房間，然后分別租給不同的人。
群租的英文表達就是group renting，具體而言就是dividing apartments into smaller rooms and renting them separately。
