bump, clash, collide, conflict

　　這些動詞均含碰撞之意。

　　bump : 主要指具體東西的有力碰撞，也可指碰到困難或障礙。

　　eg：The driver bumped the kerb while reversing.司機倒車時撞到了路邊石。

　　clash : 指有力的或帶有金屬碰擊聲的打、敲或相互沖擊。

　　eg：The dustbins clashed as people emptied rubbish.垃圾桶在人們倒垃圾時發出撞擊聲。

　　collide : 多指帶毀壞性的猛烈相撞，也可指嚴重的直接沖突。

　　eg：One hearing his command police has collided out that door immediately.一聽到他的命令警察立即撞開了那扇門。

　　conflict : 這個詞以前可表具體東西的撞擊，現在常指沖突或對立。

　　eg：Do British immigration laws conflict with any international laws?英國的移民法與國際法有抵觸嗎?
