　　入選理由: 話題的混搭雅思作文題目體現出來的一個重要特點，很多topics很難用單純的一個話題歸類，如去年考的大學是否應該擴招的問題，你可以說是教育類，但是否擴招歸根到底是政府說了算的，所以你把它算作政府決策類也沒錯。這種混搭趨勢在2009年一月有較大的可能繼續延續。
