Some people believe that rich countries provide poorer countries with other types of help rather than financial aid. To what extent do you agree or disagree?
如果用剛才的模板來寫開頭 : Today, the issue whether rich countries ought to provide poorer countries with other types of help instead of financial aid has aroused great controversy......按照老太太的說法就完全沒有問題，因為rich countries到底應該向poorer countries提供怎么樣的援助本來就是屬于有爭議的問題，的確是issue沒錯。
綜上所述，其實套句或者模板在雅思寫作中還是可以用的-當然是在你能夠確保正確使用的前提之下。我會不會在作文課恢復快速模板這個單元?......Well, I am afraid my answer has to be NO.因為畢竟模板套句之類的還是比較適合英語寫作基礎比較薄弱的考生，大多數水平中等或以上的考生完全有能力不需要借助模板就能夠拿到6分或6分以上的成績。或者這樣說可能更清楚：使用模板的前提是考生能正確識別哪些題目能用模板，用什么模板。而基礎較差的考生往往做不到這一點所以模板不適合他們。而能夠做到這一點的考生基本上英語實力已經達到一定的高度，完全可以靠自己的能力獨立寫出一篇得分在6分以上的雅思作文，所以也不需要模板。因此，我們可以確定模板套句對大多數考生基本無用，除非你是這樣一個考生：英語基礎較差，自己無法獨立寫出完整正確的段落，手里握有好幾套模板而且對于各種不同的topics適合用哪一種具體的模板都有正確的認識并能相應地準確使用之......問題是......在地球上有這種人存在嗎?......
