九、怎樣對(duì)待罪犯

　　1.criminals 應(yīng)該be locked up in prison.

　　2. can ensure a safe and comfortable living environment for law-abiding citizens. Thieves ,robbers, rapists and murders are dangerous, pose potential threat to the society

　　3. 放到監(jiān)獄教育是一個(gè)很好的方式，讓他們知道侵犯其他人的權(quán)利是要付出代價(jià)的，這樣就會(huì)減少他們?cè)俅畏缸锏目赡苄?/p>

　　4.不但是punish criminals but also deters the potential criminals. 有些有犯罪傾向的人由于害怕被處罰，可能會(huì)放棄commit crime.

　　5.應(yīng)該放到監(jiān)獄。Just as the old saying goes, mercy to the criminal may be cruelty to the people.
