《最高人民法院裁判文書上網(wǎng)公布暫行辦法》已審議通過并生效實施。按照該辦法，除法律有特殊規(guī)定的以外，最高人民法院生效裁判文書將全部在最高人民法院政務(wù)網(wǎng)站的中國裁判文書網(wǎng) 請看相關(guān)報道：

All of the judgments made by the Supreme People's Court will continue to be publicized on its official website (www.court.gov.cn/zgcpwsw), except those concerning national secrets, trade secrets or personal privacy.

除涉及國家機密、商業(yè)機密以及個人隱私的信息外，最高人民法院做出的所有裁判文書都將在其官方網(wǎng)站上公布。
