國家外國專家局局長張建國表示，中央人才協調組正在協調各方，逐步地簡化工作程序，讓愿意在中國長期工作，或者合資，或者是投資外國高端的人才，能更加便利。針對許多外國專家和國際友人反映的拿中國“綠卡”難度大、門檻高的問題，有關方面也在積極研究協調。
