教育部官員稱對網(wǎng)絡(luò)語言要引導(dǎo)規(guī)范而不是消滅
China should "observe, guide and regulate" cyberlanguage instead of pushing to eliminate it,according to a Chinese education official on Sept. 18.
中國教育部一名官員于9月18日指出,我國應(yīng)該"觀察、引導(dǎo)和規(guī)范"網(wǎng)絡(luò)用語,而不是強行將其消滅。
"The communication between computers andpeople has created a virtual space, in which netizenscan simplify their language and say whatever theywant. This has led to the boom of cyber language,"explained Yao Xishuang, director of the Departmentof Language Application and Administration of theMinistry of Education, during an interview with People"s Daily Online.
在接受《人民日報》訪談時,教育部語言文字應(yīng)用管理司司長姚喜雙表示:"電腦和人之間的交流創(chuàng)造出了一個虛擬空間,在這個空間里,網(wǎng)民們可以對他們的語言進行簡化,并且暢所欲言。這就導(dǎo)致了網(wǎng)絡(luò)用語的大量興起。"
According to a survey on cyber language conducted by People"s Daily Online in 2024, the topthree buzzwords in Chinese cyberspace in 2024 were "yanzhi", "doubi" and "yeshizuile".
據(jù)《人民日報》2024年開展的一份網(wǎng)絡(luò)用語調(diào)查顯示,2024年的中國網(wǎng)絡(luò)三大流行用語分別是"顏值"、"逗逼"、以及"也是醉了"。
"As time goes by, some "cyber words" go out of fashion and stop being used. Authoritiesshould lead the trend of cyber language, regulate online slang and get rid of vulgarexpressions." Yao said.
姚喜雙說道:"隨著時間的推移,一些"網(wǎng)絡(luò)用語"也變得過時、不再被使用。政府部門應(yīng)該引導(dǎo)網(wǎng)絡(luò)用語的趨勢,規(guī)范網(wǎng)絡(luò)俚語、擺脫低俗的表達(dá)方式。
"Some positive cyber words that are widely used by the public can actually become part of theMandarin languag"
"一些被公眾廣泛使用的、積極的網(wǎng)絡(luò)用語事實上可以被納入到普通話中。"
As an important part of China"s Internet culture, cyber language routinely finds its way eveninto the lexicons of Party and government officials.
網(wǎng)絡(luò)用語是中國互聯(lián)網(wǎng)文化中十分重要的一環(huán),甚至黨和政府部門也經(jīng)常使用網(wǎng)絡(luò)用語。
The expression that Chinese Premier Li Keqiang used to convey the idea that those with powermust not be capricious became a surprise hit among Chinese netizens last year.
去年李克強總理曾用"任性"一詞來表示當(dāng)權(quán)者不可肆意妄為,在網(wǎng)民間引起了極大的轟動。
The expression has been a popular online phrase in China ever since, used to describecapricious behavior in a somewhat ironic way.
自那以后,"任性"一詞就成為了一個非常受歡迎的網(wǎng)絡(luò)用語,用來諷刺變化無常、任意妄為的行為。
"Cyber words have been used even by Chinese leaders, which is indicative of their universality. We should analyze cyber language and guide it, rather than wipe it out," Yao recommended.
姚喜雙建議道:"甚至中國領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人也在使用網(wǎng)絡(luò)用語,這反映了網(wǎng)絡(luò)用語的通用性。我們應(yīng)該分析網(wǎng)絡(luò)用語,并且對其進行引導(dǎo),而不是消滅它。"
